About Patagonia GrillPatagonia Grill was created to bring the taste of South American cuisine to the CSRA. The owner, Juan Thompson and his family came from Chile to New York in 1975. They moved to S.C in the early 80's, and to Evans in 1989. The Thompson family has always treasured their culinary and musical traditions. Mom and Dad opened a small business in New York where they served Empanadas and Coffee. The kids formed a teen band and performed folk Chilean/Argentinean music throughout the northeast. “To accomplish a long-time family's dream, today it is time to open our doors in Evans (our home for 18 years) to share with you some of the traditions and flavors of South America.” Welcome to Patagonia Grill! -Juan

Chile 's culinary traditions include a variety of dishes ranging from spicy Pebre Salsa and the famous Empanadas, to the Asado, Arrollado Sandwiches and Seafood Soup. 
Argentina is a land of immigrants and ethnic diversity. The Italian influence is often conveyed though their love for pasta. Argentineans are famous for their delicious grilled cuts of meat (parrillada) served with chimichurri sauce, empanadas, and their wines.
